Lectures, compiled in MS Power Point and saved according to the following format Surname_Givenname.ppt / Surname_Givenname.pptx, shall be submitted to the organisers of the individual panels no later than during the break preceding a given panel
The time span for lectures has been agreed upon with the Section Presidents.
Aerobiology Section – 20 minutes
Bryology Section – 20 minutes
Dendrology Section – 30 minutes
Plant Physiology and Biochemistry Section – 20 minutes
Phytogeography and Vegetation Protection Section – 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the panel
History of Botany Section – 30 minutes
Tissue Cultures Section – 20 minutes
Lichenology Section – 20 minutes
Mycology Section – 30 or 25 minutes, depending on the panel
Botanic Gardens and Arboreta Section – 20 minutes
Paleobotany Section – 20 minutes
Pteridology section – 20 minutes
Vegetation Structure and Development Section – 30 minutes
Vascular Plant Taxonomy Section – 20 minutes
Poster presentations

Abstracts
Within a single conference fee, an author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
An abstract of a single lecture may be submitted once only and by one participant only. If a paper was compiled by several authors, only one of them submits an abstract.
If you intend to submit more than one lecture or more than one poster, please separate their titles with a colon while completing your registration form on the Congress website.
Please submit abstracts in Polish and English as a single attachment file to the email address: l.frey@botany.pl
File name format: Surname and given name of the first author_section name, e.g. smith anne_dendrology.doc.
Guidelines on abstracts:
- file format: .doc or .docx
- text in Polish (1,200 characters with spaces) plus title, author(s), affiliation(s), @ address of the first author
- abstract in English
- font 12, Times New Roman
